Assembly gaps of outdoor aluminum-alloy battery cabinets require reliable sealing. Rainwater and dust ingress would cause critical safety hazards for battery packs. Sealant must retain insulation and sealing performance under long-term outdoor hotcold cycling.

Continuous JR-995 sealant beads were applied along cabinet cover assembly gaps. After curing, a complete elastic sealing layer forms to block rainwater and dust while maintaining reliable insulation performance.

After long-term field operation test, all cabinets perform well on waterproof & dustproof. Sealant keeps intact without debonding or hardening under temperature cycling, ensuring safe and stable operation of energy-storage system.
