Its 100% solids, high-viscosity system ensures superior gap-filling capability with no volumetric shrinkage after curing, providing a tight, enduring seal. The material exhibits broad substrate compatibility—bonding effectively to masonry, glass, metals, concrete, wood, and most plastics—without the need for surface priming. Once applied, it forms a dry, tack-free surface layer while maintaining a permanently elastic core, resisting cracking and accommodating joint movement up to 5% without compromising water-tightness. The product is non-staining, low-stringing, and easy to tool. It operates continuously across a service temperature range of -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C), while also contributing to vibration damping and sound attenuation in structural assemblies.
